Nokia announced two new budget-priced Smartphones in China. The Lumia 636 and Lumia 638 are essentially upgraded variants of the Lumia 630. Both phones have 1 GB of RAM, a 5 MP rear camera, 4.5-inch FWVGA ClearBlack display with Gorilla Glass 3 and 8 GB of expandable storage.
  While the Lumia 636 is headed for China Unicom, Lumia 638 will land on China Mobile. Both devices will go on sale starting July 5th for 1,299 Yuan (roughly $210).
