The Nokia Lumia 635 with 4G is now available for $189. Having used the phone for over a week, it is definitely high on the recommended list. For anyone looking to buy an entry-level Windows Phone, the Lumia 635 is perhaps the best starting point.
It's powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 512 MB RAM, 4.5" FWVGA display with Gorilla Glass and 8 GB of expandable storage. The experience is backed by Windows Phone 8.1, which fixes a lot of shortcomings with the OS and brings it on-par with Android and iOS (except, the app store is still empty in comparison).
