With fierce competition from other manufacturers, Samsung Electronics and HiSilicon Technologies are determined to sell more handset solutions to other vendors. Almost 90% of chipsets used in smartphones and tablets are either from Qualcomm or MediaTek.

Both manufacturers have their 64-bit solutions with up to 8-cores and LTE support already on the market. Samsung Exynos can be found on Meizu's MX flagship series, ORIGEN 4 Dual and Quad variants, the Lenovo K860, Lenovo P700i, Hyndai T7 Tablet, while the HiSilicon has its chip in Huawei P7.
