Microsoft is reportedly working on its own selfie-phone. Nokia Superman is the codename of the device, and it is said to come with a large 5 MP front camera. Its other specs are rumored to be a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 4.7-inch HD (1280 x 720) display, an odd 6.5 MP rear camera, 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.

Nokia Superman will also include LTE support and come with a 2,200 mAh battery. No word on an expected release time frame as of now.
