A new report from Droid-Life suggests that Motorola would launch the Moto X+1 only in September. The report gives a specific date, September 25th, which doesn't really fall under "summer." Previous reports suggested that Motorola would launch the Moto 360 together with the Moto X+1. However, the official website of the Smartwatch still says that it is coming in "late Summer." Motorola could launch them separately.
