To our surprise, Microsoft announced two new Nokia devices today. Both devices are entry-level feature phones and run on Nokia's Series 30 software. The Nokia 130 and 130 dual-SIM are targeted at first-time phone buyers who are on a seriously limited budget, mainly in developing countries.

The Nokia 130 is 13.9mm thick, weighs nearly 70g and supports 2G connectivity. It also has a microSD card slot and LED flashlight. Its 1020 mAh battery promises 13 hours of talk time.

Available in Red, Black and White colors, the Nokia 130 is priced at just €19, or $25.
