HTC has released a new promo image, teasing the upcoming Desire 820 handset. Expected to be unveiled at IFA 2014 next month, the HTC Desire 820 is allegedly the first Smartphone scheduled to be launched that is powered by the new 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 615 chipset.

The Snapdragon 615 configuration consists of 4 x ARM Cortex A53 cores at 1.8 GHz and another four cores that are clocked at 1.0 GHz.
