ASUS announced a new 7-inch tablet at IFA 2014, alongside the stunning ZenWatch. The new ASUS MeMO Pad 7 ME572C has a 7-inch Full HD (1920 x 1200) IPS display, which translates to an impressive 323 ppi pixel density. The tablet is powered by a 64-bit Intel Atom Z3560 processor, which is a quad-core part clocked at 1.86 GHz. The chipset is coupled with a PowerVR G6430 GPU.

ASUS has sweetened the package by adding dual stereo speakers, ASUS' SonicMaster Audio Technology, and support for 4G LTE networks (thanks to the Intel XMM 7160 LTE modem).

The ASUS MeMO Pad 7 ME572C comes with 2 GB of RAM, 16/32 GB internal storage, 5 MP rear and 2 MP front cameras, Android 4.4 KitKat with ZenUI, and a 15Wh Li-polymer battery.

Pricing starts at €199 for the 16 GB variant.
