Lenovo has taken the wraps off their very first 64-bit Android Smartphone. The Lenovo Vibe Z2 is a slim handset that comes with a brushed metallic unibody. It is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon chipset from Qualcomm, which is also one of the first 64-bit chips in the market. The same is clocked at 1.4 GHz.

Complementing the 64-bit chipset is a 13 MP Sony Exmor BSI rear camera, 8 MP selfie-focused front camera with an anti-distortion lens, 32 GB of internal storage, 2 GB of RAM and a 5.5-inch HD (1280 x 720) display.

The Lenovo Vibe Z2 offers 4G LTE connectivity, optional dual-SIM slots, a 3,000 mAh battery and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with Vibe UI on top. It also doesn't cost too much - $429 off-contract.

The Vibe Z2 will gon on sale in China starting this October, following which it will be available in the Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe and Middle East regions.
