Qualcomm announced its next generation of entry-level processors for mobile devices today. The Snapdragon 210 builds on the Snapdragon 200 series by including a faster Adreno 304 GPU, 1080p video capture and playback, 8 MP camera support, and LTE Cat.4 network support.

The Snapdragon 210 is a quad-core part, comprising of four ARM Cortex A7 cores clocked up to 1.1 GHz. Meanwhile, the Adreno 304 GPU will be able to drive HD (720p) displays. Qualcomm has added LTE dual-SIM support, as well as support for its new Quick Charge 2.0 standard. The latter claims to offer 75% faster charging.

Qualcomm's new entry-level chipset is expected to land up inside sub-$100 LTE Smartphones coming later this year, or in early 2015.
