Android Police founder Artem Russakovskii published a post on Google+ saying that Google might release the next big step milestone in Android development, i.e. Android L, on October 15th. Not only that, but Google will introduce the HTC-made Nexus 9, which is reportedly powered by a 64-bit NVIDIA Tegra K1 chipset.

While Russakovskii isn't a 100% sure, he believes that there is a fair chance of this happening on October 15th, a day before Apple's scheduled event (where we expect to see the new iPad Air 2). Also, Google might introduce the improved Android Wear 2.0 platform alongside Android L and the Nexus 9. And lastly, there is a slight chance that Android TV gets some stage time as well.
