Wistron has reported consolidated revenues of NT$61.45 billion (US$2.01 billion) for September 2014, representing a 27.99% increase on month and 4.89% increase on year.
The company has totaled NT$417.46 billion in year-to-date revenues, down 13.21% compared with the same time in 2013.
In September, Wistron shipped 2.3 million notebooks, up from 1.8 million units in August; 1.7 million smart handheld devices, up from 1.3 million units in August; 600,000 LCD TVs; 1.3 million desktops; 160,000 servers and 700,000 LCD monitors.
Wistron shipped a total of 5.8 million notebooks in the third quarter and 4.2 million smart handheld devices, and expects to ship 5.8-6.09 million units in the fourth quarter, helping its annual notebook shipments to surpass 21 million units in 2014.
Inventec announced revenues of NT$36.77 billion for September, up 17.46% on month, but down 22.66% on year with combined revenues for the first nine months of 2014 reaching 322.93 billion, down 1.08% on year. |
