Google might unveil its most powerful tablet next week. Reports indicate that the HTC-made Nexus 9 will make its official debut on October 15th, after months of walking through the rumor mill. Android L will be aboard the Nexus 9, which packs a 64-bit NVIDIA Tegra K1 chipset.
BSN reports that while Google's 7-inch slates only about $199, the new Nexus 9 will cost twice as much, i.e. $399. Well, you are paying for a high-resolution display, 64-bit processor and all the other latest bling-bling, so I see the $399 price tag being properly justified.
Now, the wait until October 15th begins. |
