Monday's financial report from Apple was almost entirely positive for investors. The company has revealed sales of Macs reached a quarterly high with the fourth fiscal quarter of 2014. During the quarter, sales were up by 4.6 million units when compared to the same quarter a year ago. That means the company pushed 5.52 million units.

Apple CEO Tim Cook says this is the highest quarterly Mac sales have been since a much older peak during 1995. The only part of the financial report that was not positive revolved around iPad sales which are down this quarter.

The company just introduced a new 5K iMac, but sales of that computer will not end up on financial reports until the next quarter.
