Microsoft's earnings report for the first quarter of fiscal 2015 revealed that the Surface line brought in $908 million in revenue for the company, which is the closest that the Surface department has gotten to $1 billion, which is impressive for just one quarter.

Surface revenue is a massive 127% when compared to $400 million in revenue in the same quarter last year. This can be no doubt attributed to the launch of the Surface Pro 3 in several markets across the globe.
