Pre-orders have begun for the Nexus 6 smartphone on Google Play. Due to traffic or general problems with the site, there are a variety of issues that people have encountered. While the phone is available, there have been reports of glitches, particularly when customers are trying to add a unit to their checkout cart.

The phone is available starting at $649 for the 32 GB version, and there is a 64 GB model available for $699. The Nexus 6 comes with Android L, a Snapdragon 805 processor, and a 6-inch QHD display.

Google's Nexus 6 will ship out to pre-order customers within the next four weeks, and anyone who manages to get one before the end of the year will receive Google Play Music for free for six months.
