Motorola announced the Moto Maxx in Brazil. The Moto Maxx is basically a non-LTE variant of the Verizon Droid Turbo that will be sold in Brazil. Apart from the missing LTE connectivity, the Moto Maxx is every bit identical to the Droid Turbo announced for Verizon earlier.

The Moto Maxx has a 5.2-inch Quad HD (2560 x 1440) display, 2.7 GHz Snapdragon 805 processor, 3 GB RAM, a 20.7 MP rear camera, a 3,900 mAh battery and Android 4.4 KitKat. Just like the Droid Turbo, the Moto Maxx issplash-resistant.

Motorola has priced the Moto Maxx for 2,199 reais in Brazil, which translates to roughly $870.
