BlackBerry's CEO John Chen is celebrating the company's success with its turnaround plan thus far, and Chen says the company will survive and thrive. Now that some of the most difficult parts of its turnaround plan are over and were successfully completed, Chen wants BlackBerry to focus on growth once again.

Chen has been the lead man at BlackBerry since November 2013, and he has led the company through part its two-year turnaround plan. There is still more work to be done, and phase two of the turnaround means making BlackBerry profitable.

BlackBerry will break even during the current fiscal year, says Chen, and then it will turn a profit in fiscal year 2016.
