ASUS has plans to showcase ZenFone lineup with no Intel SoCs at the upcoming CES 2015. Before they ditch Intel, the company introduced budget Zenfone smartphone that is available in Philippines. The ZenFone 5 Lite handset sells for PHP 5,595 (around $120).
The budget version of the standard ZenFone 5 comes with a 5-inch qHD display, a dual-core Intel Atom Z2520 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, 1GB of RAM, 8 GB of storage and an 8-megapixel rear camera with f/2.8 lens. Other specs include Android 4.4 KitKat OS with Zen UI, dual-SIM card slots and a 2,500 mAh battery. |
