After a small teaser posted on its Facebook page, Xiaomi India has officially announced that it will launch Redmi Note on Monday, on November 24. However, the smartphone won't be available before early next month through Xiaomi's exclusive India partner Flipkart.

Xiaomi Redmi Note sports a 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 1,280 x 720 pixels, a 1.7 GHz Mediatek MT6592 octa-core processor, 2 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage. It includes s a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front camera, a 3,100mAh battery and runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean with MIUI v5 on top of it.
