Allwinner has announced a new entry-level processor that features competitive price, 4K playback support, a quad-core Cortex-A7 design and ARM Mali-400MP2 graphics. Allwinner H3 is designed for OTT box, or simple said for smart TV boxes and will sell for only $6.

Other specs include support for 10/100 Ethernet, USB 2.0, an SD card, and a 5 megapixel camera sensor. First boxes with the chip should launch this month, on December 20.
