Xiaomi Mi4 with international 4G LTE connectivity support will be available for purchase next week, on December 16. The original Mi4 smartphone was mostly unusable outside China, but the new FDD-LTE modem will fix that and will still work on China Unicom.

Xiaomi will initially launch only the white 16 GB version that will sell for CNY 1,999 (around $320). There are no details on the 64 GB black version that will arrive later. Other details remain the same, meaning it features a 5-inch Full HD display, a Snapdragon 801 SoC and 3 GB of RAM.
