ASUS has sent out invites to their "experience 2morrow" event, which is scheduled for January 5, 2015. Technically, that's pre-CES as the main expo kicks-off from January 6th. If you aren't invited, or can't make it to the event, ASUS will host a livestream on their website, so no worries.

The Taiwanese company is expected to unveil new ZenFone models, which would include a 5.5-inch ZenFone phablet. We expect the ZenFone 5.5 to be powered by an Intel chip with LTE support. It is most likely to be priced below $300.

At present, ASUS sells 4", 4.5" and 5" ZenFone models only.
