Delhi high court has been reportedly granted Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi to sell its devices in India until January 8 and what happens after that date is unknown. Last week, Delhi high court banned Xiaomi from selling its phones due to an injunction from Ericsson.

However, there is a small catch. Xiaomi is allowed to sell only devices running Qualcomm processors, which include the Mi 3, Redmi 1S, and Redmi Note 4G. Since Redmi Note features MediaTek processor, it won't be available for purchase. There are also no details whether the company will launch its Qualcomm Snapdragon 801-powered Mi 4 smartphone in India.
