According to leaked posters unleashed by Korean website Ruliweb, Samsung is gearing up to officially announce the Galaxy A7 in South Korea next month. The official announcement event is scheduled for January 14, 2015. The Galaxy A7 will be Samsung's slimmest Smartphone ever, with a thickness of just 6.3mm.

The Galaxy A7 has an impressive spec sheet. It will offer a 5.5-inch 1080p display, 13 MP rear and 5 MP front cameras, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB expandable storage, a 2,500 mAh battery and a 1.5 GHz octa-core processor (could be the Snapdragon 615 SoC from Qualcomm). While the Galaxy A7 will ship with Android 4.4 KitKat, it is expected to be updated to Lollipop within a short span of time.
