Chinese phone maker Oppo has reportedly made plans to put greater focus on the sub-$160 Smartphone market in the next year. While Oppo's high-end devices will continue to make use of Qualcomm Snapdragon processors, low-end devices will stick to MediaTek chipsets. Camera sensors and batteries will continue to be sourced from Lite-On Technology.

For the year 2015, Oppo hopes to ship 50 million Smartphones. Breaking that figure, the company hopes to ship 35 million units in China and 15 million units in the rest of the world.
