Xiaomi's co-founder and President Lin Bin announced today that the Chinese phone maker will unveil their next flagship device in January 2015. What he didn't tell us is whether this unveiling would take place during CES 2015, or whether Xiaomi would host their own separate event to make the announcement.

President Lin Bin also announced that Xiaomi has raised $1.1 billion in funding, which pegs the company's valuation at a staggering $45 billion. Not bad for a 4 year old company. Not bad at all.
