Following the announcement of two new flagship smartphones, the Xiaomi Note and Note Pro, the company is working on a new mid-range Redmi 2 smartphone. The general design of the smartphone will remain the same, as there are only changes under the hood.
The new Redmi 2 will feature 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage, compared to 1 GB of RAM and only 8 GB of storage. The rest of the specs will remain the same, meaning users will get a 64-bit Snapdragon 410, a 4.7-inch HD display, 8 MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2 MP front camera. |
