Nokia's first Android tablet is doing quite good in China. The company has sold every single unit of N1 tablet in China since the launch on January 7 and is now preparing another batch. The next sale of the tablet will be next month, on February 26.

Although not yet not confirmed, the price tag should remain the same at 1,599 CNY ($260). The tablet comes with impressive specs, featuring a 7.9-inch IPS display with 1,536 x 2,048 pixels resolution, Intel Atom Z3580 chipset with a 2.3 GHz quad-core CPU and a PowerVRG6430 graphics chip, 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of non-expandable storage.
