The battle for the world's thinnest smartphone is still not decided, as Ivvi has a device to fight with. The company has just announced the K1 Mini, which is new world's thinnest smartphone. The phone is 0.1 mm thinner than the previous holder of the title.

The 4.7 mm Ivvi smartphone also features a 4.7-inch display and is powered by a 64-bit Snapdragon 410 SoC, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of internal memory and a 1,800 mAh battery. There is also an 8 MP rear and a 5 MP front camera.

The Ivvi K1 Mini will be initially available in China for CNY 1,299, which is around $200 or €180. The company has yet to announce plans for other markets.
