According to upleaks, HTC is working on a new Android tablet to add to its line-up. The unannounced tablet is based on the Nexus 9. The slate will allegedly share the same dimensions and 9-inch display with a 4:3 aspect ratio. However, the specifications of the HTC-branded tablet would be different.

Previously, HTC had made two separate attempts to enter the tablet market. Both devices - HTC Flyer, and HTC Jetstream - were massive failures. Perhaps, HTC will get third-time lucky?

HTC's Nexus 9 based Android tablet isn't expected to arrive before Q2 2015.
