Samsung is gearing up to launch the Galaxy Grand 3. A teaser image sent out by Samsung India reads "The Grandest Ever, Coming Soon." From one look at the teaser image, you will be able to say that the device is from the Galaxy Grand series. The only possible device to be announced is the Galaxy Grand 3.

According to earlier reports, the Galaxy Grand 3 will be thinner, and more powerful than its predecessor. It will have a 5.25-inch HD (1280 x 720) display, quad-core Snapdragon 410 chipset, 1.5GB RAM, 13MP rear and 5MP front cameras, 16GB of storage, and a microSD card slot. It is unclear whether the Galaxy Grand 3 will run Android KitKat or Lollipop at launch. We certainly hope that it is the latter between the two.

Samsung is expected to release the Galaxy Grand 3 in India shortly after its official announcement, which may take place later this month. It could also be launched with a different name - Galaxy Grand Max.
