Chinese phone maker Gionee has announced yet another ridiculously impressive thin Smartphone at MWC 2015. The new Gionee Elife S7 isn't Gionee's slimmest device; the Elife S7 has a thickness of 5.5mm; but the overall package is one of the best you can get in a Smartphone this slim.

The Gionee Elife S7 packs a 5.2-inch 1080p (1920x1080) Super AMOLED display. It is powered by a 64-bit octa-core MediaTek MT6752 chipset clocked at 1.7GHz, which is paired with 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage. The Elife S7 has a 13MP rear camera, and an 8MP front camera. Selfie lovers are going to dig this phone.

Despite the 5.5mm thickness, Gionee squeezed in a 2750 mAh battery inside the Elife S7. Making use of a Sensor Hub from Freescale, which ensures that the CPU is woken up less frequently, Gionee is promising two full days of battery life on a single charge. Now that's impressive!

Gionee is offering the Elife S7 in the following color schemes - Los Angeles Black, North Pole White and Maldives Blue. Android 5.0 Lollipop runs the show, with Gionee's own Amigo 3.0 UI on top. The device also supports Dual SIM configuration, and 4G LTE networks.

Gionee Elife S7 will be released in Macau on March 18th. It will then be released in India this April. The price of the Elife S7 is $400, which sounds fair for such a marvelous looking device.
