Some of the latest reports about Google's next Nexus product say the company is looking towards China for a hardware partner. Now, it appears that hardware partner is Huawei. iSuppli director Kevin Yang says Huawei is already set to make the next Nexus device.

Google has let different companies work on Nexus devices in the past and has brought in LG a few times. Huawei may be a good choice for the next Nexus product given that Huawei is dominating smartphone sales in China.

With a wide range of devices and some popular flagships, something quite interesting could come from Huawei.
