The latest iPad Pro rumor to come out is that manufacturing for the tablet will not begin until September 2015. Bloomberg reports the larger iPad's manufacturing would let an announcement take place around October. That timeline would be similar to Apple's previous iPad timelines.

Rumors say the iPad Pro will be a 12.9-inch tablet and we have been hearing about such a device for many months. The tablet's larger display would make it the size of a laptop, thereby providing a way for business users to get more done. An iPad Pro could replace Macbooks for some people.

Apple has already begun dealing with slower iPad sales that may be connected to the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. The iPad Pro may end up being popular but it could turn around and cannibalize Macbook Air sales.
