According to a new report from Business Korea, Samsung is working on bringing foldable Smartphones to the market in 2016. As if Smartphones with curved displays, and bent edges weren't funky enough, Samsung's plan is to release completely foldable Smartphones next year.

At present, Smartphones with flexible displays are offered by LG. Their G Flex series has gotten better with the second iteration. We expect an even better LG G Flex 3 next year. Then, there's Samsung's Galaxy Note Edge, and the Galaxy S6 Edge. Both these handsets don't have curved displays, but rather their displays bend over the edges.

It will be interesting to see how LG responds to this report. Perhaps they would launch their own rollable Smartphone next year?
