An upcoming tablet from Samsung will include iris scanning and Samsung is working with the company responsible for Siri to make the tablet. Samsung and SRI International will make a tablet with iris scanning 10,000 times more accurate than a fingerprint reader. The tablet will be a modified version of the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4.

Later this year, the tablet with its eye-scanning capabilities will be sold. There will be an unveiling for the device during ISC West in April.

Samsung may or may not have plans to bring this more accurate biometric security to other products.
