HTC has reported consolidated revenues of NT$20.02 billion (US$647.16 million) for March, up 117.02% sequentially and 23.41% on year, powered by strong sales of its new flagship model the HTC One M9.

For the first quarter of 2015, revenues totaled NT$41.52 billion, increasing 25.37% from a year earlier and meeting the low-end target of its first-quarter guidance of NT$41.5-45 billion.

Net profits for the first quarter stood at NT$360 million or NT$0.43 per share. The EPS reached almost the high-end target of NT$0.08-NT$0.47 set for the quarter.

HTC shares gained 2.93% or NT$4 to close at NT$140.5 on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) during the April 7 session.
