We have come to learn that the upcoming LG G4 will feature a 16MP rear camera. LG's next flagship will sport an in-house developed camera sensor with a f/1.8 wide aperture. Thanks to that, the sensor developed by LG Innotek can receive 80% more light as compared to the LG G3's 13MP camera sensor.

The LG G4 will come with an 8MP front camera, which would make it the highest-resolution front-facing camera in an LG phone to date. LG Innotek has already begun mass producing the high-end 16MP sensor.

LG is slated to announce the G4 on April 28th.
