The Galaxy S6 is doing very well on T-Mobile and sales on that carrier are close to double what they were for the Galaxy S5. T-Mobile's sales numbers are based upon preorders and presales of the device which will be released on April 10. T-Mobile says sales of the phone are going at twice the rate of the S5.

At T-Mobile, the S5 was previously the most popular Galaxy phone but it has been easily surpassed by the clearly more popular S6. The carrier also noted in the first day of HTC One M9 sales, that phone surpassed the sales of the One M8 for the same time period.
