Nanya Technology saw its March revenues increase 2.9% on month while fellow DRAM company Inotera Memories' revenues decreased 5.6%.

Nanya has reported consolidated revenues of NT$4.08 billion (US$130. 4 million) for March 2015, up 8.1% on year. Consolidated sales for the first three months of 2015 totaled NT$12.03 billion, rising 2.9% from a year earlier.

Nanya expects strong DRAM demand for servers as well as mobile devices will drive its revenue growth in 2015. The company will also benefit from a more balanced demand-supply for PC DRAM.

Inotera announced March revenues of NT$5.55 billion, representing a 20.5% decline compared with the same period in 2014. Revenues amounted to NT$18.13 billion for the first three months of 2015.

Inotera noted that as its customer is unable to provide final prices by the 10th of each month due to its closing cycle, revenues Inotera announced by the 10th of each month to comply with the related regulations are estimates. Inotera will reveal its final revenues later in the month to reflect final prices.
