Sony may launch the Xperia Z4 on April 20 during a media event. A Japanese blog reports the launch is coming soon even though other reports have said a release could be months away. No reports have said Sony has sent out invitations for the Z4 launch event yet.

The Xperia Z4 is rumored to include a 5.2-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 801 processor, 20-megapixel rear camera, 4.8-megapixel front camera, 32 GB of storage, and 3 GB of RAM.

Sony is reportedly including Android 5.0.2 Lollipop with the phone. The design of the phone is expected to be very similar to that of its predecessor with just a few changes, including a potential removal of its magnetic charging port.
