Samsung Electronics estimates Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge will reach cumulative sales of over 70 million in 2015, according to a new report from DigitalTimes.
The Galaxy S6 sports high-end cameras, wireless charging, information security and mobile payment capabilities.
The new flagship model is equipped with a 16-megapixel real camera with an F1.9 wide-angle lens and optical image stabilization as well as 5-megapixel front camera with real-time HDR.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 also has a built-in wireless charging module supporting both PMA and WPC standards. It boasts a charging speed 1.5 times faster than the Galaxy S5 and is able to get enough power for four hours use in just 10 minutes of charging.
