Sony Xperia Z4 might be announced in Japan, but the company already said that is not the flagship model. Alongside standard Xperia Z4 model, Sony is rumoured to be working on both Xperia Z4 Compact and Ultra versions, one of which will be announced very soon.

Unlike other mini versions, Sony's idea behind Compact models is to make them smaller, but keep the same specifications. A report out of Russia says that Sony could announced the Xperia Z4 Compact next week with a model number SO-04G, on May 13. Specifications and any other details are unknown, but we won't have to wait long for them.
