After months of waiting, LG has returned to the Windows Phone platform and officially announced the LG Lancet, the company's first WP 8.1 smartphone. The mid-range smartphone will be available from Verzion for $19.99 on contract, or $120 off contract, starting next week.
Thanks to previous report and leaked e-brochure, we already knew its specifications. It comes with a 4.5-inch TFT display, a quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz paired with 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of expandable storage and a 2,100 mAh battery. The camera department has an 8 MP rear and a VGA front unit.
The Windows Phone 8.1 operating system runs out of the box with the latest Update 2 and a few new features for camera, such as KnockOn, Soft Light and Gesture Shot. |
