Since the One M9 hasn't been so successful, HTC has turned a new page, and started working on new smartphones and expanding its portfolio to various regions. Today, HTC has announced a new high-end smartphone for the Japanese, called the J Butterfly.
The phone is very similar to the flagship model, as it has almost the same features but lacks the metal unibody. It has a 5.2-inch WQHD display, an octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor, 3 GB of RAM, a 20.2 MP DUO rear-facing camera, a 13 MP front-facing shooter and a 2,700 mAh battery. Looking at the specs, the smartphone looks even better than the One M9.
It will be available in three colors, including Indigo, Silk and Rosse. Pricing and availability have yet to be determined. |
