It's not a secret that BlackBerry is struggling big time. After almost bankrupted, the company somehow managed to get on its feet and continue with the business. Unfortunately, it has started to lay off workers in the mobile division in order to consolidate its business.

Although BlackBerry's reps denied to comment, several big companies like Microsoft, Xiaomi, Lenovo and even Samsung are interested in acquiring the company. The most interested seems to be Microsoft, who has allegedly already offered $7 billion. The question is if BlackBerry is actually worth $7 billion, which is more than what Microsoft paid for Nokia's Lumia smartphone division. We'll see what happens in the following weeks.
