Although T-Mobile promised to start selling Microsoft's mid-range phone Lumia 640 on July 16th, the device is already available. Popular retailer Walmart has apparently started selling the device for only $99.76, which is cheaper than the $129.99 from Cricket.

The store is located in New York and is unknown if other stores have the same phone on sale. The Lumia 640 comes with a 5-inch 720p, a Snapdragon 400 SoC with a quad-core 1.2GHz CPU and the Adreno 305 GPU. There is also 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of expandable storage, an 8 MP rear-facing camera and a 0.9MP front-facing unit, a 2,500 mAh and Windows Phone 8.1.
