Samsung is definitely developing several high-end Android tablets to be introduced later this year. We've just learnt that Samsung CHOPIN is one of them. Listed on Geekbench is an unannounced Samsung tablet labelled CHOPIN-LTE. It's specifications are also listed on Geekbench.
While we don't have a full spec sheet yet, the Samsung CHOPIN-LTE tablet, which is likely the LTE variant of Samsung CHOPIN, is powered by a 14nm Intel Atom X5 Z8500 processor that is based on the Cherry Trail platform. Coupled with this 64-bit chipset is 4GB of RAM. Android 5.1 Lollipop is installed on the development slate, and that's about everything we know about Samsung CHOPIN-LTE. |
