Amazon has launched a kid-friendly version of its Fire HD tablet in the UK. That tablet is now available for pre-order and the Fire HD Kids Edition comes with a 6-inch HD display, quad-core CPU, and a two-year replacement guarantee that covers any damage. Sales will begin for the tablet on June 18.

This tablet model is available with 8 GB of storage for £119 and the 16 GB version of the device is going to cost £139. In the US, that translates to $149 for the 8 GB model.

Included with the tablet is a year of Fire for Kids Unlimited and a kid-proof durable case.
